Once or twice the week I am baking our own bread. Since I am doing that, I wonder why most breads, and even bread mixes, have so much ingredients! That cannot be healthy! As my husband and I both eat bread every day for breakfast, I think its better to bake it myself, its not that much work!

The bread dough:
- 500 g whole wheat flour
- 1 pckg yeast
- salt
- 400 ml warm water
- sunflower seeds and/or pumkin seeds
- 2 ts vinigar

All mixed together and put in the cold (!!) oven, turn it on to 200°C, bake fpr 55 minutes.
